A Floating House of Dreams

One could say that this project began 30 years ago. In 1989, Réjane Bougé started a writing exercise that continues today. Each day she wrote in a stream-of-consciousness without thinking, without stopping, inspired by the previous night’s dreams. The result is some 10,000 sheets of blue-lined paper hand-written both sides. Once digitized them, she hesitated to throw them into the recycling bin and instead looked for an artist who might be inspired to do something with them. Louise Viger accepted the challenge, but Louise already in an advanced state of cancer died before the project got underway.  story to be continued
